No.  These programs not plugins, they are stand-alone programs, as of now.

Can these two programs be used together at the same time?

Yes, you can use them together.  Multiple monitors will help you respond faster when you are using these two programs at the same time.

How do you load sounds in Mob drums?

 Wave and mp3 samples may be loaded
individually into each drum pad by right-clicking (or left–clicking with the left
mouse, collectively known as ‘outside clicking’) either mouse over the desired
drum pad, selecting "Load", then selecting the desired file.

How do you load a file into Input Logic dj?

To load a file in a turntable click the + in the upper left and select your file.  You can add a variety of files and switch back and forth easily.

Can Input Logic dj or Mob drums rip songs off of audio Cd's?

Neither can rip songs off an audio CD, but both can use data files such as .wav's and .mp3's

With Mob drums you can use external controllers to trigger Mob drums and you can use Mob drums to trigger external sound sources.  You can use the start/stop feature from an external device to start and stop the Mob drums  sequencer.
